Electrical Installations
Billingham Fire & Electrical Services Ltd employ fully qualified electricians with the aptitude, training and experience to work on and inspect commercial, industrial and small domestic installations.
As an approved NICEIC contractor, we cover all aspects of electrical installations with full NICEIC certification provided on completion.
Design, quote, supply and install to a customer’s request or specification.
Fault finding.
Reactive maintenance – 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Inspection and testing electrical installations- Electrical Installation Condition Reporting.
Portable Appliance Testing.
Technical advice and 24 hour call out services are available.
Fire Alarms
Billingham Fire & Electrical Services Ltd can take full responsibility for all aspects of fire alarm systems from site survey, design, installation, commissioning and then maintaining, Due to our highly trained engineers, we can offer our services on a wide range of addressable and other conventional systems available on today’s market.
We offer service contracts to suit your site, once a free site survey has been carried out, we can then set up a service plan to give you peace of mind that your fire alarm system is in full working order.
We also offer the construction of zone plan drawings of your building to comply with BS5839. If required, we can give staff training on your current fire alarm system and give advice on user responsibilities such as weekly tests. On top of all of that, your concerns or issues will be dealt with as we provide a 24 hour callout facility with all service contracts.
Emergency Lighting
We install and maintain to standard BS5266 on different types of systems from maintained and non-maintained type self-container units to central battery unit systems.
Preventative maintenance is a vital part of making sure that all of your systems are working to their full capacity. Regular maintenance can reduce the amount of callouts, keep your system up to date and potentially extend the life expectancy of your current systems, all whilst complying with British Standards.
On top of all of that, your concerns or issues will be dealt with as we provide a 24 hour callout facility with all service contracts.
